The Southern Suburbs are MaClean's main area of activity. Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni and Ilioupoli have their own pages. Here you'll find the other areas of the south we serve — from the coast, with its apartments and summer rentals, to the densely populated neighbourhoods closer to the centre.

Areas we cover in the Southern Suburbs

Cleaning services in Palaio Faliro

In Palaio Faliro many apartments have sea views, large balconies and glass walls. Salt and humidity mark windows, frames and railings faster, so outdoor areas need more frequent care.

Cleaning services in Alimos

Alimos combines permanent homes with summer and short-term rentals near the beach and the marina. We provide both regular home cleaning and cleaning of rentals between bookings.

Cleaning services in Elliniko

In Elliniko, the regeneration of the wider area is bringing many renovations and new properties. Cleaning after renovation or before a home is first lived in — dust from building work, windows, cupboards, floors — is the most common need we see here.

Cleaning services in Argyroupoli

Argyroupoli is a quiet area with detached houses, maisonettes and small apartment buildings, often with a garden or a large terrace. Besides the inside of the home, many clients ask for care of terraces and outdoor areas.

Cleaning services in Agios Dimitrios

Agios Dimitrios is a densely populated family area with many apartment buildings. We provide regular home cleaning and apartment building common area cleaning on a fixed schedule.

Cleaning services in Nea Smyrni

Nea Smyrni is home mainly to permanent residents in medium-sized apartment buildings. Most needs here are for regular cleaning on a fixed day and a deeper clean once or twice a year.

Cleaning services in Kallithea

Kallithea is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Attica, with many rented apartments and frequent changes of tenant. Cleaning at the end of a lease or before a new tenant moves in is one of the most common jobs.

Cleaning services in Moschato

In Moschato, homes sit alongside small businesses, shops and storage spaces. We take on homes as well as commercial spaces, with a schedule agreed around how they operate.

Cleaning services in Dafni

Dafni, with easy access to the centre by metro, has many apartment buildings and flats used as permanent homes as well as for short-term rentals. We clean both, on a regular or one-off basis.

If your neighbourhood isn't listed here, ask us — we serve the whole of Attica.

What we clean in the Southern Suburbs

From the seafront to the inland neighbourhoods

The Southern Suburbs aren't all the same. On the coast — Faliro, Alimos, Elliniko — sand, salt and summer bookings shape the work. Further inland — Agios Dimitrios, Nea Smyrni, Kallithea, Dafni — apartment buildings and permanent residents dominate, so regular cleaning and common areas come first. We adapt the schedule to what your own space needs.

How we work

  • 1. You describe the space. Fill in the form or call us and tell us what you need.
  • 2. We send you a quote. The price is based on the real needs of your space — we don't work with a one-size-fits-all price list.
  • 3. We schedule the cleaning. We book a day and time that suits you and take care of the rest.
