These terms govern the use of the website maclean.gr. By browsing the website and using its forms and tools, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms are not the contract for services; our services are provided under a separate written agreement (see section 5).

1. Provider details

The website is owned and operated by Eranda Nazeraj, trading as "MaClean", with registered address at Pratouna 2-10, Ellinoroson, 115 25 Athens. Contact: info@maclean.gr, tel. +30 699 290 2853.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents MaClean's cleaning and short-term rental management services and offers informational content, contact forms and an indicative revenue estimate tool.

3. Informational content — not professional advice

Articles and guides (e.g. on the AMA, taxation or the short-term rental regime) are general in nature, written on the basis of sources valid at the time of writing, and do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. Legislation and official decisions change often. Before making decisions, confirm the information with the competent authority (e.g. AADE) or consult a lawyer, accountant or engineer.

4. Revenue estimate

The revenue calculator gives an indicative range of gross revenue based on general assumptions. It is not a quote, commitment or guarantee of revenue. Actual revenue depends on many factors, such as location, demand, occupancy, the condition of the property and market conditions, and does not take into account fees, costs and taxes. For a personalised estimate, contact us.

5. Services, quotes and contracts

The information, prices and percentages shown on the website are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract for services is concluded only by a separate written agreement (quote or terms of cooperation), which sets out the services, the price (stating clearly whether it includes VAT), how the fee is calculated, the duration and how it can be terminated. Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take on the work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, the following are prohibited: (a) submitting false or misleading information, (b) interfering with the operation or security of the website, (c) automated extraction of content without permission, (d) any use that infringes the rights of others or the law.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, logo, design, images and all other content of the website are protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 and international intellectual property provisions, and belong to MaClean or their respective owners. Reproduction, republication or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law (e.g. a short quotation with attribution).

8. Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party websites (e.g. AADE, short-term rental platforms). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their policies.

9. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the website's content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or correct at all times, nor that the website will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from use of the website or from reliance on its informational content or the calculator's estimates. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (e.g. in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence) and do not affect your rights as a consumer under consumer protection law (Greek Law 2251/1994).

10. Personal data and cookies

How we process your personal data and use cookies is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to change the website and these terms. The current version applies from the time it is posted on this page, with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory provisions that give consumers the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
